Synopsis:
In the basement of a multi-story building, on the corner of a shopping street near the business district, lies a certain restaurant. A historic, 70-year-old restaurant, known for its cat sign: Nekoya Western Cuisine. During the week, it's a restaurant like any other; however, on Saturdays, it opens only to a few very different customers.
