This Saturday (25th) the 3rd season of the anime Re:Zero ( -Starting Life in Another World- ) was officially announced during AnimeJapan 2023 . Plus, we have a teaser and promotional art to get fans of the series excited.

Synopsis:
Subaru Natsuki is an ordinary high school student who suddenly finds himself lost in an alternate world, where he is rescued by a pretty silver-haired girl. He stays close to her to return the favor, but the fate she is bearing is more than Subaru can imagine. Enemies attack one by one, and both are killed. He then discovers that he has the power to rewind death, back to the first time he appeared in this world. But only he remembers what happened earlier.
Re:Zero by author Tappei Nagatsuki originally began publishing the novel on the Shosetsuka ni Naro website in April 2012, with 6 arcs and 2 spinoffs. After its success, Re:Zero gained a Light novel version in 2014, but it was published by Media Factory at MF Bunko J, with illustrations by Shin'ichiro Otsuka.
Therefore, the first season of the anime aired in April 2016 with 25 episodes, by studio White Fox and licensed by Crunchyroll . The second season was divided into 2 parts and premiered in 2020 and 2021.
