The second season of the Re :zero anime had its premiere postponed until July of this year. Due to the coronavirus outbreaks in the region, production issues were occurring. The postponement was made not only for safety reasons but also to ensure a production that meets the expectations of the series' fans. Confirmation of the new date is still being announced on the anime's official Twitter account.
