Rising Impact: Golf Manga to Become an Anime on Netflix

Arthur Vinicius
I'm a technology enthusiast and a lover of anime, manga, and games. The vast majority of anime I enjoy belong to the Shounen demographic.

Netflix has announced that golf manga Rising Impact will receive an anime adaptation that will stream on the platform. The anime will have two seasons.

The first season will premiere in June 2024, and the second season will premiere in August 2024.

Suzuki (The Seven Deadly Sins) serialized the manga in Shueisha's Weekly Shonen Jump magazine from 1998 to 2002. The manga has 17 volumes.

The golf manga “Rising Impact” – the first manga serialized by Nakaba Suzuki, author of the hugely successful “Seven Deadly Sins” series – began publication in Weekly Shonen Jump in 1998 and received enthusiastic support from fans.

Finally, 25 years later, it's finally being adapted into an anime! Over two seasons, this series follows the growth of Gawain Nanaumi, a third-year student, as he discovers the sport of golf and competes with his rivals.
