The anime adaptation of the manga, Rock Is a Lady's Modesty (Rock wa Lady no Tashinamideshite), has received its first trailer. With it, we now know the series' premiere date.
Therefore, the anime Rock Is a Lady's Modesty premieres in the April 2025 season with animation by the studio BN Pictures .
Synopsis Rock Is a Lady's Modesty:
Ririsa Suzunomiya , a young woman who attends the prestigious Sakura no Kokoro Girls' Academy , a school where only the finest ladies are allowed to study. She is known by all as one of the most exemplary young ladies and strives to earn the title of "Noble Lady." However, there is a secret: she was not born into a noble family, but joined the Suzunomiya family a year ago, after her mother's remarriage. To meet her mother's expectations, Ririsa represses her true nature and hides her long-held passion for rock and guitar, trying to behave like a perfect lady. However, one day, she runs into Otowa Kurogane, a young woman admired by all, and by chance sees her playing the drums.
Finally, the manga is written and illustrated by Hiroshi Fukuda. It has been serialized in Hakusensha's seinen manga magazine Young Animal since October 2022.
