This year, Fujimi Shobo's Dragon Magazine announced that the light novel Rokudenashi Majutsu Koushi to Akashic Records (Akashic Records of bastard magic instructor) will get its anime adaptation.
In this action-fantasy story, Guren is a teacher at a magic school who falls asleep while teaching. One of his students, Sistina, becomes enraged and challenges him to a duel, which he easily defeats. However, when a terrible incident threatens the school, Guren shows intense dedication to protecting his students.
Kurone Mishima worked on the light novel illustrations. Fujimi Shobo published the fifth volume on November 20th in Japan.
