Rokujouma no Shinryakusha?! has released the third promotional video for the series, an adaptation of Takehaya . The anime will air on July 11th on Japanese television.
The series has 15 volumes, the first of which debuted in March 2009. Comic Dangan began publishing it in December of last year.
Synopsis – Now that he's starting his high school career, Satomi Koutaro has been living alone in an apartment that costs him 5,000 yen a month, a very affordable deal. But there's a catch: the apartment is haunted by a cute ghost who has driven previous tenants away. The next thing you know, it's not just a ghost trying to drive him out of his home, but magical girls and other unique female characters who turn his apartment into a battlefield.
