A new promotional video for the second Rurouni Kenshin . The commercial features the theme song “ Mighty Long Fall ”, by the band ONE OK ROCK, who also performed the theme song from the first in live-action .
The two new films will cover the Kyoto arc from author Nobuhiro Watsuki .
Rurouni Kenshin: Kyoto Taika-hen (Kyoto Inferno) will hit cinemas in Japan on August 1st, and Rurouni Kenshin: Densetsu no Saigo-hen (The Legend Ends) is scheduled to arrive on September 13th. Principal photography on both films ended on December 27, after six months of filming.
