Cinema Today released a new promotional video with more than 5 minutes of live action from the second Rurouni Kenshin : Kyoto Taika-hen (Rurouni Kenshin: Kyoto Inferno, Samurai X: Kyoto Inferno), the second film that will begin showing in Japanese cinemas on August 1st.
The two new films will cover the Kyoto arc from author Nobuhiro Watsuki .
Rurouni Kenshin: Kyoto Taika-hen (Kyoto Inferno) will hit cinemas in Japan on August 1st, and Rurouni Kenshin: Densetsu no Saigo-hen (The Legend Ends) is scheduled to arrive on September 13th. Principal photography on both films ended on December 27, after six months of filming.
