Some time ago, the classic Street Fighter received a very entertaining live-action video , called " Street Fighter: Legacy ," which is more like a short film. In 2013, the producers launched a Kickstarter campaign to get the series made. However, it was soon canceled because someone else had provided the necessary funding for production.
Called Street Fighter: Assassin's Fist in Portuguese (Street Fighter: Assassin's Fist), the "webseries" based on the fighting game series and which will tell the origin of Ryu and Ken, has already started filming. The plot focuses on the training of Ken (Christian Howard), Ryu (Mike Moh) and their master, Gouken (Akira Koieyama, Shogen).
Joey Ansah directs and co-writes the script with Howard. The web series is scheduled to premiere in 2014.
