17. Puri-Puri Prisoner: First, let's talk about the last one on the list. But don't be fooled, Puri Puri is a true monster, even more so in his angel form! It's also worth mentioning that he's a real pervert and even has a list of the boys he's romantically interested in. In fact, it's because of all the harassment he commits that he ended up in prison. On the other hand, he's a very kind and gentle man, even if he doesn't seem like it.
16. Kinzoku Batto: Here, we'll talk about a tough guy who won't give up for anything. We saw his full power in the final season of the anime, where he proved to be an impressive character, fighting various villains and even Garou! Finally, it's worth highlighting his baseball bat, which is his main weapon, as well as his impulsiveness, with his sister being the only thing that keeps him more sensible and calm.
15. Tank-Top Master: At 15th on the list, we have one of my favorites. The great regatta master is another monster who, like Puri Puri, stands out for his tremendous brute strength. Thus, Tank Top is a natural leader, with several loyal and powerful followers. Also worth highlighting is his fantastic fight against Garou, where even though he lost, he demonstrated the power of the S-Rank.
14. Genos
And here we'll give Genos a big shout-out. Since the beginning of the series, he's been one of the heroes who has stood out the most, especially as Saitama's apprentice! Therefore, he's constantly improving his skills and weapons thanks to the constant improvement of his body. He's a man of attitude, very cool, and always thinks very cautiously.
13. Senkou no Flash: And here we see perhaps one of the fastest guys in the entire series. Furthermore, he is a true swordsman and has already demonstrated his extreme power, whether through speed or swordsmanship. Besides that, he is also always very cool and calm.
12. Banken-man: And here we see a literal dog at rank 12. Banken acts like one and even dresses just like one. But make no mistake, he's a true master of hand-to-hand combat, where he easily defeated Garou. He also protects City Q, which, like City Z, is one of the most dangerous due to its numerous monsters.
11. Chougoukin Kurobikari: And closing out our first part of the list, let's talk about this guy who is synonymous with muscle. Therefore, he's probably much stronger than Tank Top and Puri Puri, whose muscles are so dense they even shine! Definitely a monster that will surprise us in a big way.
