It's also worth highlighting his fantastic fight against Garou, where even in defeat, he showed everyone the power of Rank S.

14. Genos

And here we're going to give Genos a major spotlight. Since the beginning of the story, he's been one of the most prominent heroes, mainly because he's Saitama's apprentice! Therefore, he's constantly improving his skills and weapons thanks to the continuous enhancement of his body. Thus, he's a man of action, very cold and always thinks very cautiously.

13. Senkou no Flash: And here we see perhaps one of the fastest characters in the entire series. Furthermore, he's a true swordsman and has demonstrated that he's extremely powerful, both in terms of speed and swordsmanship. Besides that, he's also always very cold and calm.

12. Banken-man: And here we literally see a dog at the 12th rank. Because Banken acts like one and even dresses exactly like a dog. But don't be fooled, because he is a true master of hand-to-hand combat, where he even defeated Garou with great ease. In addition, he lives protecting city Q, which, like city Z, is one of the most dangerous because it has several monsters.
