Bandai Visual has released the promotional trailer for the Sabagebu OVA! which will be included in the first Blu-Ray of the animated series. The text in the video reads: “A group of girls visit a summer house in the highlands, but what awaits them is… an aquatic endurance training camp?! There is laughter and betrayal!! Charm!! It's a no-limit, non-sense training ground!! What is the fate of Momoka and the others?! ”
The volume will be released in Japan on September 24th, costing 7000¥ (about US$69) and also includes three character illustrations and an eight-page color book.
Sentai Filmworks licensed the anime for North America, while Crunchyroll also streams the series.
The story of Sabagebu! revolves around Momoka Sonokawa, a girl who transfers to all the girls' Aogiri high school. Miou, president of “Sabagebu!” club, saves Momoka from a pervert, and eventually convinces her to join the club, which holds survival games. The story continues to show the events that unfold.
