sabagebu-animeThe October issue of Kodansha shōjo magazine Nakayoshi announced an anime adaptation of Hidekichi Matsumoto's Sabagebu! (short for Survival Game Club!) has been greenlit for 2014. Masahiko Ohta (Yuruyuri - Happy Go Lily) will direct the anime from scripts by Takashi Aoshima (Kotoura-san).

The story of the original manga revolves around Momoka Sonokawa , a girl who transferred to high school and joined a club that holds survival games.
