Still in the spirit of celebrating Sailor Moon's 20th anniversary, we were presented with the news that Sailor Moon Crystal will return in the spring 2016 season, which begins in late March and early April.
Sailor Moon Crystal ran from July 2014 to July 2015 and had 26 episodes released every two weeks.
Sailor Moon Crystal will no longer be directed by Munehisa Sakai, but by Chiaki Kon, who directed works such as Junjou Romantica and Golden Time, and Akira Takahashi will replace Yukie Sako as character designer.
