Saint Seiya: Knights of the Zodiac debuted on Netflix between 2019 and 2020, adapting the “Galaxy Wars”, “Black Knights” and “Silver Knights” arcs.
Synopsis:
The young warriors who protect the goddess Athena are known as the Knights of the Zodiac. A young orphan, Seiya, is destined to become Pegasus Knight. Athena was born into this world, but this time under a dark prophecy that she will lose the war against Poseidon and Hades, and lead humanity to ruin. Seiya stands up against the prophecy, willing to protect it at all costs. But now a god-killing arrow struck his heart. To save his life, Seiya must ascend to Sanctuary and defeat twelve legendary Gold Saints – and he has just twelve hours to do so. Will he make it? And what will happen to the dark prophecy if he succeeds?
