Samurai Warriors Synopsis:
A thousand years ago, Scorpio (Arago) attempted to conquer the world using the power of the forces of darkness. However, he was defeated and banished thanks to the Sun Cloth Hariel and the intervention of the Sun Goddess Amaterasu . Six hundred years later, during the civil wars in Japan, the gates of the underworld opened again, allowing Scorpio to once again attempt to seize control of the world. However, his attempt was thwarted once again by the Monk , who managed to seal him in another dimension. Thus, despite the victory, Scorpio's Black Cloth remained in our world, and fearing that the villain might return through it, the Monk decided to act. To avoid this risk, he divided the cloth into nine pieces and buried them, ensuring that Scorpio's power could no longer threaten the balance of the world.
Therefore, the anime was produced by Sunrise Studios and aired on Nagoya TV between April 30, 1988, and March 4, 1989. In the United States, the series was known as Ronin Warriors, while in Brazil it was titled Samurai Warriors. Finally, the anime premiered in 1996 on the iconic Rede Manchete network.
