The first promotional video for the anime Sanzoku no Musume Ronia Swedish author Astrid Lindgren based on the fantasy book Ronia the Robber's Daughter (Sanzoku no Musume Ronia), by director Goro Miyazaki ( Tales from Earthsea , From Up On Poppy Hill) has been released. be shown this weekend . The video features series' theme song “ Haru no Sakebi ” ( Scream of Spring ) voiced by Aoi Terashima .
Titled in Japan as Sanzoku no Musume Ronia, this new series will debut on NHK and BS premium in October. POLYGON PICTURES ( Knights of Sidonia , The Sky Crawlers ) is animating 3D CG series in collaboration with Studio Ghibli .
The story revolves around Ronia , the only daughter of Mattis , head of a tribe of bandits who live in a large castle in a forest. Ronia studies the mysterious creatures that live in the forest.
