The official Sword Art Online revealed today a new trailer for the final season of the " Alicization War of Underworld " arc. The final season is scheduled to premiere on July 11 .

The trailer highlights some exciting fights between the main characters and the Dark Territory army while playing the opening songs, “ANIMA” by Reona, and ending “I Will” by Ai Arai.
Synopsis
The human empire's forces, led by the Integrity Knight Bercuoli, prepare for a war of unimaginable scale against the Dark Territory's army. But Alice is nowhere to be found, nor are the heroes who saved the empire. The curtain rises on the final chapter of SAO, for the series' longest and most glorious battle—the Alicization arc.

The Alicization arc was first adapted into a 24-episode season in 2018, and then into two 12-episode seasons: Alicization – War of Underworld which came out in 2019 and Alicization – War of Underworld Part 2 which will premiere on July 11.
Sword Art Online is by author Reki Kawahara , who published the novel on his website between 2002 and 2008, but began to be published by ASCII Media Works at Dengeki Bunko in 2009. SAO has 24 volumes to date.
