The staff of the anime Saving 80,000 Gold in Another World revealed new names of voice cast members, and a trailer for the same this Friday.
The video shows the opening theme song:
New additions to the cast include Ruriko Aoki and Yuji Kameyama as Colette's mother, Elinu, and father, Tobias, respectively. Additionally, Kenyuu Horiuchi will voice the cat named "Sore."
Cast members, including previously announced lead actress Rika Nagae , include:
- Rika Nagae as protagonist Mitsuha Yamano
- Rika Tachibana as Colette
- Kaori Maeda as Sabine
- Jun Fukuyama as Takeshi Yamano
Kaori Maeda will make her singing debut, performing the opening theme song for the anime “Hikatta Coin ga Shimesu Kata”.

Synopsis
Mitsuha Yamano falls off a cliff, and at that moment, she finds herself transported to some sort of medieval European fantasy world! While there, during a battle with some wolves that nearly costs her life, she realizes she has the ability to travel back and forth between Earth and this new world. Mitsuha decides to use this ability as much as she can. Why? To save for retirement, of course! She intends to save eighty thousand gold coins—and this is the story of her plans to get there!
