Through social media on X (Official Twitter), we learned that the novel Sayounara Ryuusei, Konnichiwa Jinsei ( Goodbye, Dragon Life anime adaptation announced. Additionally, a teaser and production cast were announced.

Therefore, according to the announcement, the series will premiere this year with animation from the studios SynergySP (Kakkou no Iinazuke, Taishou Otome Otogibanashi) and VEGA entertainment.

The Sayounara Ryuusei web novels were released in 2013. AlphaPolis published the first volume of the light novels in March 2015. The 23rd volume was released in Japan in January 2023. However, Nagashima and Kurono released a manga in December 2015. The 11th compiled volume was released in Japan in December.
Finally, the anime still has no release date in Japan.
