This Sunday (16) fans received confirmation of the premiere of the 2nd season of the anime Sasaki and Peeps ( Sasaki and Pichan ) for 2026. In addition, a new visual was revealed.

In the anime's story, even though Sasaki's fun-filled corporate life is constantly packed with work, it leaves him tired and dissatisfied at the end of each day. Seeking companionship to fill the void in his life, he visits a pet shop, unaware that he's about to change his life forever. After choosing a bird and bringing it home… his new roommate reveals himself to be an incredible sage from another world who promptly grants Sasaki supernatural powers, as well as the ability to travel between worlds.
Kadokawa published the first volume of the novel series in January 2021 with illustrations by Kantoku. Furthermore, both won the Tankōban and Novel categories of the 2022 edition of Kono Light Novel ga Sugoi!.
Finally, the work has an adaptation by Pureji Osho published on the ComicWalker website.
