The official website for the sequel to the film “ Dead Dead Demon's Dededede Destruction ” ( Manga Boa Noite Punpun) announced a new trailer. Additionally, it was revealed that the second film will have an original ending overseen by original author Inio Asano .
Part 1 is being shown in Japan, while the second film premieres on May 24, 2024 with animation from the Production +h .
Dead Dead Demon's Synopsis
Suddenly, a gigantic alien ship appears in the skies over Tokyo. Would the visitors be friends or enemies? Three years passed without a response. Previously rival countries are allied to try to repel the extraterrestrials. Therefore, amidst much insecurity and conflicting information, residents of the Japanese capital try to resume their routine without knowing what might happen while questioning the meaning of the choices they have made in life. It is in this scenario that high school students Ouran and Koyama will need to make decisions that will directly impact their future.
Inio Asano gained fame with realistic works that uniquely address the universe and people's mentality. However, Asano began his career as an assistant to Shin Takahashi , author of Saikano, and the following year he received the GX award given by publisher Shogakukan for new talent.
Finally, the Dead Dead Demon's Dededededestruction inspired a 3D animated promotional video.
