Kin-iro Mosaic anime announced a second season for the project, more details coming soon.
The story of the first season begins with 15-year-old Oomiya Shinobu, an apparently pure Japanese girl who spent time in Britain. Even after returning to Japan, she still misses her time abroad. One day, a letter arrives from Alice, the girl in the family who welcomed Shinobu to Britain. The letter said: Shinobu, I'm going to Japan! The Japanese-British comedy tells the lives of Shinobu, Alice, and other girls from Japan and Great Britain.
The first arrived last summer. The Crunchyroll channel is streaming the anime in several regions, Sentai Filmworks has also licensed it for North America.
