Another promotional trailer for the Hataage ! Kemono Michi anime was released this Thursday (08). The series premieres on October 2nd on Japanese TV, as part of the autumn season.
"Professional wrestler Shibata Genzo, a pet maniac, is suddenly transported to a different world. Genzo receives a request from the princess to rid the world of evil beasts called monsters that roam there. Enraged by her request, he delivers a German suplex to the princess. Unable to return to Earth, he decides to live a calm and peaceful life in this world. This is the story of an eccentric Japanese man who was a professional wrestler and takes care of "monster pets.".
With animation by studio ENGI , the anime is directed by Kazyua Miura, with a script by Touko Machida and character designs by Noumi Chika .
