Synopsis

It's March, with only a month left in the third semester. Sakuta Azusagawa attended the graduation ceremony of his girlfriend, Mai Sakurajima. While waiting for Mai on the shore of Shichirigahama, an elementary school student who bears a striking resemblance to the Mai from his childhood appears before him. "Uncle, who is she?" The question arises: is this a dream or a vision? As Sakuta recalls this mysterious experience, his father calls. "It's about my mother. She expressed a desire to meet Kaede." This desire to "see her" comes from Kaede's mother, who remained hospitalized for a long time due to difficulty fully accepting what happened. Fulfilling his mother's wish, Sakuta decides to meet her with Kaede, but he can't hide his nervousness at the prospect of seeing her again after so long. Meanwhile, an unknown scar appears on Sakuta's body. Could this be a harbinger of a new adolescent syndrome?
