We have a new promotional video and image for the Selection Project anime . According to the official website, the series premiered on October 1, 2021 on Japanese television.
Daisuke Hiramaki is directing the anime. Yūya Takahashi ( Lupin III: Part IV ) writes the script, while Kanna Hirayama ( Rent-A-Girlfriend ) designs the characters.
Synopsis Selection Project:
Suzune Miyama aspires to be an idol like Akari Amazawa , an idol who debuted on the reality show "Project Selection." Suzune fell ill when she was little, but she often listened to Akari's music in her hospital room. Akari's voice gave Suzune smiles and courage, which encouraged Suzune to strive to inspire others in the same way.
Finally, the Selection Project is animated by the studio Doga Kobo (Gekkan Shoujo Nozaki-kun).
