Famitsu has begun streaming the opening sequence for the game Senran Kagura 2 – Shinku on its official website . The video features the song “Hikari to Yami no Kanataby (Beyond Light & Dark) Kokuritsu Hanzo Gakuen ( HanzoPrivate Academy). ”
Senran Kagura 2 will arrive in a limited edition that will contain the game itself , an art box , a 5-piece mini figure set featuring the Homura Guren squad members , an original drama CD , and a CD containing the original soundtrack music and solo versions of the new opening theme song that you saw in the trailer .
The limited edition is being sold for ¥10,810 (approximately US $108), while the regular version of the game will be sold for ¥6,480 (approximately US $65).
The game will be available for purchase on August 7th for the Nintendo 3DS handheld console. XSEED Games released the first Senran Kagura game in North America last year. The franchise also inspired an anime TV series last year, which Funimation is currently streaming .
