The official website for the new Shaman King anime released a new promotional video this Thursday. The video then shows the anime's opening theme song “ Soul Salvation ”, by Megumi Hayashibara , and also reveals the anime's premiere date, which will take place on April 1st .
The anime will bring back Yui Horie to reprise her role as the X-Laws' leader, Jeanne , from the 2001 anime. Yuuichi Nakamura is cast as the X-Laws' second-in-command, Marco .
Shaman King will premiere on TV Tokyo and its affiliates in April, and will adapt all 35 volumes of the new complete edition of the manga that publisher Kodansha began publishing in print volumes in Japan on June 17 . The first anime adaptation of the manga premiered in 2001 .
