The animation is by the studio ARMS (Ikki Tousen: Dragon Destiny, Ikki Tousen: Great Guardians, Ikki Tousen: Xtreme Xecutor), the direction is by Mitsutoshi  Sato , story by Masaya Honda (Ikki Tousen: Xtreme Xecutor, Soul Buster) with character design by Rin-Sin (Dragon Destiny, Great Guardians, Xtreme Xecutor).
