Shingeki no Bahamut Genesis (Rage of Bahamut Genesis), an anime based on a traditional card game, has its second trailer, with excerpts from the theme song EXiSTENCE” in the voice of SiM. The premiere takes place on October 6th on Japanese channels Tokyo-MX, KSB, BS11 and AT-X.
Keiichi Satou (Tiger & Bunny, Black Butler) directs this new adaptation at studio MAPPA (Space Dandy). Naoyuki Onda (Berserk: The Golden Age Arc, Animatrix's Detective Story) is serving as character designer and chief animation director and Yoshihiro Ike (Tiger & Bunny, Karas) is composing the music.
The game franchise has already inspired a series of commercials by directors Kenji Kamiyama (Higashi no Eden, 009 Re: Cyborg) and Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex, and composer Yoko Kanno (Cowboy Bebop, Escaflowne, Macross Plus/Frontier ).
