The official website of the animated series Shingeki no Bahamut Genesis (Rage of Bahamut Genesis) has released its character list and its debut month, which is scheduled for October this year.
Keiichi Satou (Tiger & Bunny, Black Butler) directs this new adaptation at studio MAPPA (Space Dandy). Naoyuki Onda (Berserk: The Golden Age Arc, Animatrix's Detective Story) is serving as character designer and chief animation director and Yoshihiro Ike (Tiger & Bunny, Karas) is composing the music.
The game franchise has already inspired a series of commercials by directors Kenji Kamiyama (Higashi no Eden, 009 Re: Cyborg) and Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex, and composer Yoko Kanno (Cowboy Bebop, Escaflowne, Macross Plus/Frontier ).
