The official website for the popular Attack on Titan (Shingeki no Kyojin) series is announcing that it will adapt two compilation films from the 2013 series.
The first titled as Shingeki no Kyojin Zenpen ~Guren no Yumiya~ (Attack on Titan Part I: Crimson Bow and Arrow) which takes from episode 1 and goes up to episode 13 scheduled to arrive later this year, and the second Shingeki no Kyojin Kōhen ~Jiyū no Tsubasa~ (Attack on Titan Part II: Wings of Freedom) which goes from episode 14 to 25 will arrive only in 2015.
The new films will feature new dubbing and a remastering of the audio channels to 5.1, featuring the return of original cast members such as Yuuki Kaji (Eren Jaeger), Yui Ishikawa (Mikasa Ackerman) and Marina Inoue (Armin Arlelt).
Hajime Isayama's manga broke records with 36 million copies in circulation and inspired last year's hit series. The manga also inspired four spinoffs.
Isayama launched the series through Bessatsu Shonen magazine in 2009.
