Shingeki no Kyojin makes history and wins award for best anime

Hollywood Creative Alliance awards ceremony , film critics toasted the anime “Shingeki no Kyojin (Attack on Titan)” with the Astra Award for Best Streaming Animated Series. At the same spectacular event where “Shingeki no Kyojin” received the Astra Award for Best Animated Streaming Series, the entertainment industry honored another icon. Hayao Miyazaki , renowned Japanese filmmaker, received the Astra award for Best International Filmmaker, further reinforcing the strong presence of anime on the global scene.

Furthermore, the clash in the Best Animated Film category brought to light the nomination of the film “Suzume no Tojimari”, which, despite its notable contribution, was surpassed by “Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse”.

Other competitors in the Best Animated Streaming Series category, “Boku no Hero Academia”, “Star Trek: The Lower Decks”, “Animaniacs the Revival”, “Harley Quinn” and “Central Park” competed.
