According to the statement, the problem occurred on the 7th at 2:43 PM and lasted until 6 PM (Japan time). This was ultimately due to human error on the part of the publisher, which left users' personal data exposed to others.

In other words, some users gained unauthorized access to other customers' information such as email addresses, gender, date of birth, bonus coins, coin balances, purchases, and subscriptions. However, the publisher claims that at least user passwords were not leaked during this issue.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and concern caused to our customers.

In the editorial department, we will increase awareness of information security among all employees and work to prevent recurrence, ensuring proper work practices.”

Therefore, the company apologized to the affected users and stated that there were no unauthorized charges or misuse of their coins on the site. Furthermore, the statement also claims that affected customers will receive 500 coins as compensation.
