The anime Touring After the Apocalypse (Shuumatsu Touring) has received a new main trailer, which features its theme songs and a brand new poster. The premiere is confirmed for October 2025 , and the preview provided more details about the production.

The video features the two main songs: “Glide,” performed by Myuk , will be the opening track, while “Touring ,” by the band Conton Candy , was chosen as the closing track. Both are already highlighted in the trailer, further increasing fan anticipation.
Studio Nexus is leading the animation, with Yoshinobu Tokumoto directing. The script and series composition are by Kazuyuki Fudeyasu , while the character design is by Usaku Myochin , who also serves as chief animation director.

Synopsis:
The story follows the two as they travel through Japan after a mysterious apocalyptic event. Despite the desolation, they transform their journey into a true tourist adventure, visiting iconic locations such as the Hakone hot springs and the Tokyo Big Sight convention center.
Origin of the work
The anime is an adaptation of the manga written and illustrated by Sakae Saito , published since 2020 in the magazine Dengeki Maoh . However, as of March 2025, the work already has seven volumes released . In the West, the series is licensed by Yen Press .
