The anime "Touring After the Apocalypse" (Shuumatsu Touring) has received a new main trailer, featuring its theme songs and a new poster. The premiere is confirmed for October 2025 , and the preview provided more details about the production.

The video features two main songs: "Glide ," performed by Myuk , will open, while "Touring ," by the band Conton Candy , will close. Both songs are already featured in the trailer, further increasing fans' anticipation.

Nexus Studio is leading the animation, with Yoshinobu Tokumoto directing. Kazuyuki Fudeyasu Usaku Myochin , who also serves as chief animation director,
is responsible for the character designs Other confirmed names include:

  • Kenichiro Suehiro on the soundtrack;
  • Jin Aketagawa as sound director;
  • Lee Beom-Seon (BON.Corp) as art director.

Synopsis:

The plot follows the two as they travel across Japan after a mysterious apocalyptic event. Despite the desolation, they transform the journey into a true tourist adventure, visiting iconic locations such as the Hakone hot springs and the Tokyo Big Sight convention center.

Origin of the work

The anime is an adaptation of the manga written and illustrated by Sakae Saito , published since 2020 in the magazine Dengeki Maoh . However, as of March 2025, the work already has seven volumes released . In the West, the series is licensed by Yen Press .
