SHY – Trailer reveals anime premiere date

The official website for the “SHY” anime revealed a new promotional video, additional casting for members of the Amalareiks organization, and the adaptation's October 2 premiere date.

Additionally, the video features a preview of the opening theme song “Shiny Girl” by MindaRyn.

Synopsis

Just as the planet was approaching its third world war, therefore, super-powered individuals from all over the world appeared to keep the peace. They have become the symbols of their respective nations, furthermore, fighting to limit crime and bring evildoers to justice. However, teenage heroine Teru “Shy” Momijiyama is Japan's representative in the world of heroes. When a mysterious threat called Amalareiks emerges, Shy must team up with his fellow heroes to stop them at all costs.

Finally, author Bukimi Miki first published the work in Weekly Shonen Champion as a one-shot manga in January 2017 and began serializing the manga in the same magazine in August 2019.
