SK8 the Infinity fans can mark their calendars! The OVA titled “SK8 the Infinity EXTRA PART” will be released on Blu-ray and DVD in Japan on March 19th . Composed of four stories exploring the daily lives of the characters, the content will be approximately 25 minutes long in total, offering a new look at the routines of the skaters in the series.

Therefore, in addition to the Blu-ray and DVD release, Japanese fans will have the chance to watch the OVA in theaters, in a limited screening starting on January 24, 2025 in Japan.
Synopsis SK8 the Infinity
The story follows Reki, a young man passionate about skateboarding who gets involved in the mysterious "S," an underground, rule-free race that takes place in an abandoned mine. However, in one of his adventures, he meets Langa, a boy who has recently arrived from Canada. Although he has no skateboarding experience, Langa joins Reki and dives into the world of "S."
The series has won over skateboarding fans, and now promises to deliver lighter and more relaxed moments with this OVA. Finally, the first season premiered with 12 episodes in January 2021.
