4cu theater company then announced that it is producing a stage play inspired by the anime Skate-Leading Stars , from JC Staff . The play will be performed at the Stellar Ball of the Shinagawa Prince Hotel in October. Kazuhito Yoneyama is directing the play and writing the script.
Synopsis
The anime revolves around high school students in a competitive, team-based version of figure skating called "skate-leading"
It's worth remembering that the Skate-Leading Stars anime was originally scheduled to premiere in July, but was then postponed due to the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The anime therefore premiered on Tokyo MX in Japan on January 10th. Funimation began streaming the anime two weeks before its premiere in Japan, and continued streaming episodes two weeks before Japan.
