The theater company 4cu announced that it is producing a play inspired by the anime Skate-Leading Stars , by JC Staff . The play will be performed at the Shinagawa Prince Hotel 's Stellar Ball in October. Kazuhito Yoneyama is directing and writing the script.
Synopsis
The anime revolves around high school students in a competitive, team-based version of figure skating called "skate-leading."
It's worth remembering that the Skate-Leading Stars anime was originally scheduled to premiere in July, but was then postponed due to the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The anime therefore premiered on the Tokyo MX in Japan on January 10. Funimation began streaming the anime two weeks before its Japanese premiere, and continued to air episodes two weeks before Japan.
