Synopsis:
Hanamichi Sakuragi , a troubled young man, falls in love with the young Haruko Akagi after enrolling at Shohoku High School. From there, the headstrong Hanamichi begins to get involved in sports, joins a team, and develops as an athlete and a person.
Finally, the manga was published in Shonen Jump between 1990 and 1996, totaling 31 volumes. The work inspired an anime in 1993 and received four sequels.
