The official website for the Slow Loop anime revealed its second promotional video this Monday. In addition, the website also revealed the artists of the show's theme songs, visuals, three new voice actors and the premiere date, which was set for January 7, 2022 .

New voice actors include Kaori Nazuka as Ichika Fukumoto, Natsumi Murakami as Futaba Fukumoto, and Honoka Inoue as Aiko Ninomiya.
Pokapoka Ion , a new musical unit composed of Nao Touyama and Kiyono Yasuno, will perform the opening theme “Yajirushi”. Rin Kusumi, Natsumi Hioka and Tomomi Mineuchi will perform the ending theme song “Shuwa Shuwa” under the unit name Three ∞ Loop .

Noriaki Akitaya is directing the anime at studio CONNECT . Yuka Yamada is in charge of the series' scripts. Shoko Takimoto is designing the characters, and is also the chief animation director. Takuro Iga is composing the music.
The manga centers on Hiyori, a girl who enjoys fishing at the beach, an activity passed down to her by her late father. On a typical day at the beach, she meets Koharu, who happens to be her new stepsister from her mother's new marriage.
