The editorial team of the manga Slow Loop released a note warning fans that the work will go on an indefinite hiatus breast cancer that author Maiko Uchino will undergo.

"Thank you for reading 'Slow Loop.' I'm so sorry the series was on hiatus for two consecutive months. Last month I had surgery to remove breast cancer and will soon begin treatment .

Considering the effects , I don't think I'll be able to serialize the series steadily, so I'm worried that it might cause problems for the magazine and have decided to move the series to Houbunsha's ' COMIC FUZ ' app.

I would be happy if you would support me at FUZ in the future!

I was wondering if I should keep the name of my illness a secret , but I've learned firsthand how important regular checkups , so I want to pass this on to all my readers, freelancers, and manga artists! Get your checkups!
