Released by IGN, the opening cinematic for the game Smash Bros., which is coming to Wii U, was revealed. The video shows the various battles already promoted in previous trailers.

The Wii U version of the new Super Smash Bros. game already has a release date set: November 21st in the United States. According to Nintendo, the game will hit stores alongside the first Amiibo figurine collection. There will be 12 characters that can be connected to both the Wii U and Nintendo 3DS versions of Smash Bros.

Smash Bros is a fighting game developed by HAL Laboratory and published by Nintendo for the Nintendo 64. It was released in Japan on January 21, 1999, in North America on April 26, 1999, and in Europe on November 19, 1999. It is the first game in the Super Smash Bros series, followed by Super Smash Bros. Melee for the Nintendo GameCube in 2001, Super Smash Bros. Brawl for the Wii in 2008, and Super Smash Bros. for the Nintendo 3DS and Wii U, which was released in 2014.
