The adaptation of the manga Somali to Mori no Kamisama received several details, including a new trailer and poster with a visual of the anime this Monday (26). The news was released on the official website .
Directed by Kenji Yasuda and animated by Satelight , the anime will premiere in the winter 2020 season. The production team also includes Ikuto Itoh , who serves as character designer and scriptwriter. The music is composed by Ryo Moriyama Naotarou Moriyama and Inori Minase, respectively
Yuu Kobayashi also joins the cast, which was previously announced.
The world is controlled by spirits, goblins, and all manner of strange creatures. Humans are persecuted, to the point of extinction. One day, a golem and a lonely human girl meet. This is a record of the pair: a member of a ruined race, and a guardian of the forest. They tell the stories of their journeys together, and of their father-daughter bond.
