Square Enix 's Shonen Gangan magazine revealed that the Soul Eater Not! anime adaptation of Atsushi Ohkubo will premiere on Japanese screens in April.
Soul Eater Not! takes place before the story of the original manga, focusing on the weapon Tsugumi Harudori and the meisters Meme Tatane and Anya Hepburn .
The Soul Eater manga ended in Japan last year with 25 volumes.
It was published in Shonen Gangan magazine since 2011 and is a spin-off of Atsushi Ohkubo's Soul Eater manga.
