The official website for the anime Sound! Euphonium () has released the full trailer for the film. The film had its first teaser released in December. Based on the compilation of the first season, the premiere takes place on April 23, 2016.
The direction is by Tatsuya Ishihara with script by Jukki Hanada and character design by Shoko Ikeda .
The story begins when Kumiko Omae, a girl who was in the high school brass band, visits the high school brass band as a newcomer. Kumiko's classmates Hazuki and Sapphire decide to join the band, but Kumiko sees her old classmate Reina there and hesitates.
