The official website for the anime Sound! Euphonium () has released the film's full trailer. The film's first teaser was released in December. Based on the compilation of the first season, the premiere will take place on April 23, 2016.
The direction is by Tatsuya Ishihara with a script by Jukki Hanada and character design by Shoko Ikeda .
The story begins when Kumiko Omae, a girl who was in her high school band, visits the school's newbie. Kumiko's classmates, Hazuki and Sapphire, decide to join the band, but Kumiko sees her former classmate Reina there and hesitates.
