The Japanese portal Myjitsu published an article stating that “ the extreme innocence ” of the character Yor Forger shown in one of the most recent episodes of SPY x FAMILY anime ’s “fans” .
While these types of attitudes are common in romantic comedy stories, this adaptation is so popular that it broke out of its niche and reached a wider audience, becoming a worldwide hit .

Yor is 27 years old. She's visually beautiful, but her personality is portrayed as unrelated to romance. Her portrayal of being shy even when kissing is probably natural given the setting. However, this seems to have drawn criticism from those unfamiliar with the rom-com genre.
