Star Wars – The Force Awakens was announced directly from the “Star Wars Celebration” event by the film’s director “JJ Abrams” .
The film takes place 30 years after the events of Return of the Jedi and marks the return of Luke Skywalker (Mark Hamill), Han Solo (Harrison Ford), Chewbacca (Peter Mayhew) and Princess Leia Organa (Carrie Fisher).
Directed by JJ Abrams, who also helped with the script. The seventh episode of Star Wars is one of the most anticipated works in the saga and is scheduled to premiere on December 18, 2015.
